LEND-A-HAND INDIA (LAHI)
Lend-A-Hand India (www.lend-a-hand-india.org), a start-up non profit founded by young professionals in New York provides vocational training, career counseling and enterprise financing to young entrepreneurs in rural India to address the challenges of rural youth unemployment and urban migration. Lend-A-Hand India aspires to bridge the urban-rural divide by scaling up social innovations. In short span of five years, Lend-A-Hand India's programs are now reaching more than 10,000 young girls and boys from over 50 villages in India due to its unique program innovations. To build on the tremendous growth achieved in last two years, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers or interns ready to take on challenging assignments with complete ownership. The National Association of Asian American
Professionals-NY (NAAAP-NY) is a 501(c)(3)
volunteer-based nonprofit organization comprised of
professionals, entrepreneurs and graduate students in
the New York Metropolitan area. Founded in New York
City in 1982, NAAAP is the premier leadership proving
ground for Asian Pacific North American professionals
with over 2,500 members and an audience of over 11,000
representing 25 cities from coast to coast across the

The Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans (CAPA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
Pan-Asian organization working together to build a sense of community.
For over 29 years, we have been organizing and fundraising for the
Asian Pacific American Heritage Festival. Usually held on the first
Sunday in May, CAPA's free outdoor event includes live music and dance
performances, children's program, crafts, martial arts, information and
food booths from over 100 different organizations. For information on
